When Smart Dog came to me, they were growing fast but their systems were not keeping up. We created organized workflows, cleaned up email communication, and built SOPs so the entire team finally had a structure that made everyday tasks easier, faster, and consistent.
Next came the tech. Smart Dog now has automated forms, a clean way to schedule outings and programs, proper data collection for every dog, and inbox systems that cut down hours of admin work each week. Their team finally gets to spend their time training instead of chasing paperwork.
Then we tackled the website. We built a full redesign that is clear, modern, and easy for overwhelmed dog owners to navigate. Program pages, pricing, FAQs, an updated brand style, and a layout that reflects who Smart Dog is: experienced, trustworthy, and community focused.
