Hi, I’m Lindsey! mama to two busy little ones, an early riser (thanks, toddlers), lover of lists, and someone who genuinely lives for a good before-and-after project. My days are full of playtime, snack time, work time, repeat——but I’ve always found a way to make it all happen. I thrive on routine and organization (color-coded calendars are my love language), but I’m also super creative and love the process of taking something good and making it even better.
I love learning new things, and I’m the go-to girl in my family because they know there’s no task I won’t take on or can’t figure out, I handle it all. That same mindset shows up in my work, whether I’m untangling a complicated process, setting up systems that save time, or creating something beautiful from scratch.
I’ve spent my career in customer-facing roles, and at the core of everything I do is a deep love for people and helping them succeed. From building streamlined workflows to capturing brand visuals, from organizing behind-the-scenes operations to making a client’s big idea come to life, I approach every project with care, curiosity, and a “let’s make this amazing” mindset.

So, how did Jane & Co come to be?
I’ve worked with small businesses my entire professional career, so I know the overwhelm owners face. It started with a friend who owned a great local business but was struggling to get the word out. They didn’t have social media, and their processes were all on paper. I stepped in—built a simple online presence, brought their brand to life, and moved their business practices to digital. Soon, customers were lining up. That’s when it clicked: so many great businesses just need a little help being seen.
At the same time, I was growing my own social media from scratch, building a community, and realizing how much I love digital storytelling. First impressions matter, people decide in seconds whether to choose your business based on how it shows up online.
That’s why I created Jane & Co Creative. I love making people’s lives easier. Nothing’s broken about the businesses I help, we just make them better. You’ve got the passion, the talent, the service. I help you look your best, sound your best, and most importantly, get chosen.
“Jane” is my middle name, passed down from my mom in honor of my grandma, both strong, creative women. Carrying their name means building something tough, beautiful, and built to last.
